Tickets for Chris Tomlin's two Philippine concerts went on general sale at noon today, Manila time, through SM Ticketmaster.

He plays SM Seaside Cebu Arena on Thursday 22 April 2027, then SM Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on Saturday 24 April. It is his first return to the country in more than fifteen years, and the first time he has played Cebu at all.

What has not been announced

No start times for either night. No support acts or guest artists. If you are travelling in from another island or another country, those are the two things worth waiting on before booking flights.

Why it is worth noting from here

Arena-scale worship nights are still rare across Asia, and next year has an unusual number of them. TAYA, the voice on Hillsong UNITED's "Oceans", plays Jakarta on 20 January and Singapore on 22 January. Maverick City Music is in Shillong on 12 December. Tomlin's two nights in April are the largest of the set.

For a songwriter whose work gets sung in churches across the region most Sundays, in Tagalog and Cebuano and Hindi and Tamil, fifteen years between visits is a long gap. Cebu has been waiting longer than that.
